May I ask why you're so interested in carbon fibre? Do you have access to the stuff and just want to make things that are useful to you or do you believe that carbon fibre is the way to go with musical instruments? I'm just curious. Truss rods should not work in a CF neck the force needed to bend it would be well beyond any truss rod. You are right that you must put enough thought and planning into getting the neck set at the right angle if you are to get it right and to make a one piece unit. My reading so far seems to indicat...
