I'm sure this is a dumb question, but is there any way to turn a tuneable Low D tinwhistle into a flute? I mean, are there flute heads you can buy or something? I'm sure that would be entirely too easy, but hey, it doesn't hurt to ask.

I own a Jerry Freeman tweaked brass Generation in Bb. It's holding up perfectly, and it's an awesome whistle. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Jerry's tweaks really made this whistle perfect for me.

It's an interesting instrument he's playing. It looks like he's blowing from the bottom of the "fipple"? And the windway must be on the underside. Kinda strange, but wow, the kid plays great.
