I always have strange dreams and usually remember them. I have come to look at them as my brains odd way of entertaining me... I have had dreams where the entire world is just as it is but underwater, although people don't seem to have any difficulty breathing, movement is restricted just as it woul...

I love the dialog in movies from the 30's and 40's..

From the Thin Man...

after sending Nora on a goose chase to Grant's Tomb.
Nick " how'd you like Grant's Tomb?"
Nora " It's lovely, I'm having a copy made for you.."

jeez...that kid is helping rifleman carry his proud heavy mother-load of a rifle..

that is closer to what was creeping me out than what Em mentioned.

It's the look on the riflemans face as he gazes down at this young boy carrying his wood.

I once spent about a half an hour looking for a laser pointer in a Wal-Mart, including the entire hunting dept. full of guns and ammo and knives etc. I finally had to ask an employee where to find them... they told me, in all seriousness, they don't sell them there because the lasers are DANGEROUS !...

I missed it last night, glad I found out about it here.... I agree with Jon Stewart in that our whole political conversation (if you can call it that) has boiled down to a game of parsing and gotcha! If you can take four words in a row that Kerry or Bush said and play them with a commentary that mak...

I too live near the ARKnSAW and Verdigrissss rivers. I always thought, after several years of French, art classes, color theory etc, that it was Verdegree, but after moving to lovely hicklahoma, I realized my mistake.

My S. O. is a piper and when looking for a new name for the pipe band I suggested He-Tarts, which I suppose is just another name for girly man.

Dale you have a wonderful sense of humor!

My doctor was great about telling me that some people find MRI's difficult even when they aren't claustrophobic and that the technicians are very aware of that and will get you out as soon as they know you're having a pr...
