Irish arts weeks instructors.

Looks like I will be taking guitar with Pat Egan and tenor banjo with Mary Coogan. I will have to get the set dancing in during the evenings no time for that class.

Pat sent this note about his class I had asked him what was the difference between his and Paul De Grace's cource
"Phil
My class schedule starts with Rhythm patterns for Jigs and Reels etc chords in the different keys starting with the basic standard in first position and then moving up the neck some bass runs and notes to connect the chords. I will be using regular session tunes to show how it all works.
All the best, Pat"

Tell us something.: Whistle player, aspiring C#/D accordion and flute player, and aspiring tunesmith. Particularly interested in the music of South Sligo and Newfoundland. Inspired by the music of Peter Horan, Fred Finn, Rufus Guinchard, Emile Benoit, and Liz Carroll.

I've got some compositions up at http://www.harmonyware.com/tunes/SolsTunes.html

Advanced Flute with Mike Rafferty, Advanced Flute/Whistle with Mike McHale, but mostly there to spend as much time as possible hanging around with Peter Horan.
Sol's Tunes (new tune 2/2020)
