From February 2010. It's probably been posted before but I've only just spotted it (thanks Daryl). Gorgeous music. They're playing in Bb, if I'm not mistaken.

I couldn't get that program to play in February and I'm still not having any luck. The more recent programs have worked just fine, however. I'm somewhat puzzled.

I share your pain, Bill. No love here, either!

Meanwhile, I enjoyed the Donegal "Hudi Beag's Pub" program with Ciaran O Mhoanaigh (sp?) very much. A niiice pair of reels concluding with the Connaught Heifer on a flat set (IIRC), a few tunes from Tommy Peoples, and a bravura performance of the "Fox Chase" (though O'Mhonaigh told the story as a rabbit hunt) on three fiddles were especially especial.

The piper was Ciaran MacFeidmhlimidh on a wide bore D 3/4 set chanter made from Holly and the drone/regs ebony.

Aaah! Thank you! And I remember wondering if that was boxwood, so you answered that question too.

Thanks again; I hope to have time to watch it again sometime soon. The music was terrific and it's amazing how good the audio is on that program.

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.
