LOL! I blame it on the New Zealand Spanish consulate! And Australia, and the San Francisco consulate. I'm telling you, it had nothing to do with the results of the police criminal record I had to turn in, nothing at all!

The Linguistics programme is 12 months long so it works out the the same thing.
